Lori married Rick Cam in 1981 at the First English Lutheran Church in Spencer.  After their marriage, they moved to Houston, Texas, where she worked as a Pediatric Nurse.  They divorced in 1996 and she moved back to Spencer.  In Spencer, she worked as a Medical Surgical Nurse and Quality Control Nurse at Spencer Hospital until her retirement in 2017 due to her failing health.  She was a member of First English Lutheran Church in Spencer.  People knew Lori for her wonderful sense of humor, positive attitude and loyalty to friendship.  Lori loved spending time with her family, traveling and taking drives.  She had a great love for animals and loved her family of cats.
