“Dear Huffman Family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your loved one Andrew. I know this is a very difficult time for your family, and there's very little anyone can say that would soothe the pain you feel. However, I just wanted to let you know that your family is in my prayers. May our loving Heavenly Father, whose name is Jehovah, bring you true and lasting comfort by means of his word the Bible. He has given us a trustworthy promise, that in the near future he will eliminate death and pain forever, and reunite us with our dead loved ones by means of a resurrection on a paradise earth. (Revelation 21:3,4; John 5:28,29) May the God of tender mercies comfort and ease your pain day by day by means of this precious and trustworthy hope. My deepest sympathy to you:”

“I was shocked to hear of Andy's passing. I have not seen him since a high school basketball playoff game but when we talked it was like old times again! When I heard the news so many memories came rushing back from causing trouble, fighting as kids together, running around the neighborhood and many more but most of all the fun times that we shared growing up! The memories will last for ever and every time I hear his name a smile comes over my face. I will truly miss my friend and my apologies go out to the Huffman family who has always treated me like family!”

“I can't think of a time that Andy wasn't a part of my life. Through Sunday school at FELC, Confirmation classes and school, he always had a smile for me. Younger years were filled with mischief at church, parties and pranks. Later years brought card games, watching football and drinking beer. No matter what crazy thing came out of his mouth, I always had and always will have love for Andy. Rest easy, my friend.”

“My friendship with Andy began in 7th grade and I was fortunate enough to have him in my life all the years sense. I've been blessed with so many great memories from him and I thank him for that. Andy was more then a friend, he was a brother. We got into mischief together, we cried together, but most of all we laughed together, a lot! I'll forever have a hole in my heart from the thought of never getting to spend time with my friend, but again grateful for the memories of him. I know he's probably trying to pull a fast one on someone in heaven and making his sister Katie laugh. All my thoughts and prayers to the Huffman family, you're such an amazing family. Love ya Huff, you'll be missed. Bear down ”

“Andy was a very good childhood friend of mine and the news of his sudden passing over the weekend was shocking. My heart goes out to his family and close friends, many of whom are also good childhood friends of mine. Andy and I grew apart as the years went on and the miles between us increased, but I continue to have many wonderful and fond memories of the times we spent together. After nearly 30 years I still often recount the day Andy and I spent together on the ski hill in Cherokee, bringing many smiles and laughs from me and those hearing the story. Andy will be missed, but the smiles and laughter he brought to all of us will live on in these memories. ”
