“I'm so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful woman and teacher; you should be very proud of her life's work. I vividly remember the energy she expended in class teaching and cajoling us to learn and understand the material. For me, Mrs. Alderman was THE teacher who most inspired my educational pursuits (which eventually culminated in a law degree). Every child should have the joy of learning from a "Mrs. Alderman." God speed and God bless.”

“So many people have said it already - Mrs Alderman was an amazing educator. I can still imagine her civics classroom and even where I sat. She made learning fun, as well as instilling a lifelong respect and understanding of our constitutional process. They don’t make them like her anymore. Godspeed Mrs Alderman. ”

“Bob, Marcie, Lance, Kristine, and other family members,
Nell was a wonderful teaching mentor and personal friend. We had so much fun celebrating birthdays and especially the 4th of July fireworks. I have been told that going over memories keeps the person in our hearts. It can be when we share with other people or have our own thoughts. Nell, your friendship is a treasure! You always expressed your honest viewpoints and people knew where you stood on issues or situations. So thankful you, Marcie, and I shared root beer floats during our last visit. I salute you, dear Nell, and miss you already. "There are thousands of sand grains near the ocean and some of them glisten in the sun." Nell, you do glisten and sparkle-so happy you were a part of my life. Lisa & Phil Nelson ”
