“I just wanted to let everyone know that has looked at Mom's site, that she would have been so impressed by the kind words and been humbled by them. Debbie, I found the M & M picture & it looked like fun was had as always. Mom enjoyed life, her family, music and the Federated women. She made many friends through the years of which we are grateful for at this time. Mark & I and our families appreciate knowing that others will miss Mom as much as we do. Forever in our hearts and just one more piece of my heart that has gone before me to Heaven. Hold each other close & always tell others that you love them. Carolyn's daughter forever, Susan”

“I am so sorry to hear about Carolyn's passing. We became friends when we both served on the GFWC Membership Committee. We both dressed up as giant M & M's at one GFWC convention for a membership workshop. We had so much fun together and would catch up with each other during the GFWC conventions. She was just the sweetest lady and the world is sadder without Carolyn in it. I pray for your strength as you live life without Carolyn in it.”

“So very sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. My sincere sympathy to her family. I taught accordion with Carolyn back in the early 60's at the North Spencer Mall. She was such a dear lady, and had a beautiful way of radiating Jesus in all she did. I had not seen her in recent years, but the few times I did, we always had a fun time catching up. It is a joy to know she is now reunited with her family in Heaven.”

“To the Family of Carolyn~~ With a heavy heart after reading that Carolyn has passed, I send my deepest heartfelt condolences to you all. Carolyn was an extra special customer for many years resulting in a cherished friendship. I was always so worried when she would take off driving across the county to get to San Antonio every year. She told me this past Dec this would be her last driving trip, she was right. What an elegant, gently hearted woman she was! There is most certainly a very special place in Heaven where dearest Carolyn will spend eternity. ”
