“With Lorraine being my Grand Aunt, yes I had to look up what the relationship would be with me being Darlene’s granddaughter, my memories were more like “being a fly on the wall” at family get togethers. My most vivid memory of Lorraine was at a family wedding where her husband Pat and her took over the dance floor. I remember thinking how beautiful it was to see “a grandpa and grandma” so happily in love and what amazing dancers they were, especially at their age:). Thank you for the opportunity to post condolences. Terri and Melissa, when you are ready, I would love to get together so you can share your memories with us. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.”

“Our world has definitely felt a loss. Gone from here is a witty loving lady. To me she is remembered as a devoted wife to Pat. It gives me great Joy to think of them reunited! Lorraine gave me the best recipes like her mint bundt cake. She liked to send me goodies in her famous Tupperware ( kool whip containers) she loved her family dearly and spoke of them often. I am grateful to have met this family. They are forever in my heart. God bless you all! Much love, Nurse Nancie”
