“Our family would like to express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of William Charles Maurer. Words fail to capture the pain of losing a loved one, and death is truly a painful enemy to the human family. Please take comfort in 2 scriptures found in God’s Word the Bible. John 5:28,29 speaks of the resurrection, and Revelation 21:3,4 promises the time in the future when death and mourning will be no more. Our prayers are with you.”

“We extend our sympathy and our prayers to all your family. Bill was a special cousin to me because they lived across the road from us with two sweet boys at an age where I could be their babysitter and if I could beat my sisters to the phone when they called for one, it was a very good day. Also when I was talking on the phone, on the party line of course to my boyfriend, Bill would ask me to hang up so he could use the phone. A kind man who was very fun to run into in his later years, usually out for some supper, and we'd have some good conversation. He lived and good, long life. Well done good and faithful servant.”
