“To the Wendell Keir family: Time has passed, but the neighborhood farm memories are like yesterday. Heidi and family ..... sad to hear of the dwindling family, but fond memories are a big part of my early years in "the hood." Kendell and Wendell had me over to ride those scruffy burros that wiped me out on the barnyard fences! Homer Clausen used to call them "High" and "Low" when bailing hay as he couldn't tell them apart except for their height. Be well knowing others care.”
