“Neila and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Miles' passing. Kent certainly enjoyed the times he and Miles "talked trains", as that was definitely a passion of Miles. Our hearts go out to you at this difficult time, certainly made more difficult by the time of the year as well as Covid. We pray that your great memories will give you comfort and please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Kent and Jo”

“My sincere condolences to the family of Miles Rohan. Mikes was one of the “old school “ model railoaders. He was a contemporary of Walt Simonsen of Sioux Rapids and Ben Saunders of Spencer. These modelers could build remarkable models out of cardboard, glue and some paint. They had remarkable skills and astonishing talent. What set Miles apart was his selfless attitude. He would help anyone at anytime. He had the patience of Job with people of all sorts. I don’t think that we will see the likes of Miles again. So long friend. You wile be sorely missed. Thank you, for everything to everyone.”

“To the Rohan family - knowing Miles was a pure treat. Such a good friend always willing to share his model railroad expertise. It was people like him who welcomed me to my first Prairie Lakes Division event in Estherville, Iowa, March 30, 1990, that convinced me it was a great hobby because of the great people in it. Miles was very knowledgeable and very willing to share that knowledge as well as being willing to find out what was going on it your life. Though I only got to see him about once every year or two, it was always an enjoyable time catching up on the time we were apart.”

“Neila and Family
We are so sorry to hear of Miles passing
Both you have a special place in are hearts. From working on your cars at H&N to seeing Miles at the Hospital when I was working Valet, and having him come over to the house to give my wife some pointers on a very old Lionel train set she had received from her Father. He helped her out alot and the told us to meet him at a train swap meet over in Algona and he introduced my wife to a old gentleman that had Lionel trains. Have such great memories. God Bless.
