“Jerry, Mardelle, and Janice, our deepest sympathy to you and your families. Seems like our families always had a connection when my Grandparents, Pete and Lucy would play cards with the Koecherts. I used to ride the bus with you too, along with my two brothers and one sister. We lived 2 miles north of Barbs Corner then. I got reacquainted with your parents when I managed the Hartley Dinner Date site. It was like seeing long lost relatives. They always treated me like a family member, and would ask about my family. They were a joy to know. May they both Rest In Peace, and may you and your family find comfort in knowing they are together now and forever.

“Mardelle,
I am sorry to read of your mother's passing, but rejoice that her journey on earth has now ended, and she is amongst the saints. What a legacy to leave with over 100 years of memories for her family to reflect on, the greatest of these to install your strong faith foundation. During this time of great sorrow, may you always be aware of the Lord's abiding love and feel His peace. Mary Galik”
