“To Tom and family and Bill and family, so sorry to hear of Karen's passing. The last time i talked to her was in 2010 at the Kraeger Reunion. We had lunch together and she caught me up on some of the family happenings. If I would have stayed in Spencer we would have graduated together. Over the past years she has also kept me up to date with the class 0f 1970. After we put a memorial bench at the Clay County Fair for my parents, the last few years she would check on the bench to see if it was still in good shape. The last year they had the fair she sent me a Facebook message saying that she sat on the bench and didn't know it until she got up. God Speed Karen.”
