Anna Marie Hamrick, the daughter of Josh and Krista (Harkema) Hamrick, was born on October 2, 2008, in Spencer, Iowa. Anna loved school and was excited to start 3rd grade this year at Fairview Elementary. She loved playing with her brothers and her two dogs. She loved to sing, do cartwheels, play softball and soccer, and just being outside. She enjoyed spending time at grandpa and grandma's house where she would ride the four wheeler. She loved to stay at Nana's house with her brother, Javen. She liked to color and make pictures for others, make hearts and smiley faces and loved every one of her stuffed animals and wanted to be a singer. Most of all, Anna loved to spend time with her family and her friends, who were very special to her.
She was a member of the Covenant Church. Anna had a very special relationship with Jesus Christ and it shined through her daily life, she was full of love and joy; she loved the Lord.
Anna passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017, at the age of 8. She was met in Heaven by her great nana, Lefi, her great grandma, Edith and great grandparents, Bee and Shirley Burnell and many other loved ones.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Josh and Krista Hamrick of Spencer; her two brothers: Treyton and Javen; her grandparents, Cher Lindahl (Nana) and Joe, Todd Sr. and Mel Hamrick and Tim and Jodi Harkema; several aunts and uncles; other family and friends; and lots of loved ones including her dogs: Lucy, Bunker and Bailey and her cat, Daisy.
