Betty Lou Warren

Betty Lou Warren, the daughter of Lyle and Lorene (Crouch) King, was born near Royal, IA, where she was raised and attended country school before the family moved to Everly where she finished her schooling, graduating in 1957.

     On October 31, 1958, Betty married Clifford Warren in Jackson, MN. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Beresford, SD, before moving to Spencer. Betty enjoyed staying at home and raising her family. She liked playing cards, sewing, baking and fishing in her younger years. She was a very social person at the Sunset Apartments where she lived, and enjoyed watching Twins baseball. She was a member of Ninth Street Baptist Church, V.F.W. and the American Legion Auxiliary.

     Betty passed away on January 27, 2019, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD, at the age of 81. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 2013; and her brother, Bobby.

     Left to cherish her memory are her three daughters: Diana Warren of Spencer, IA, Donna Warren and companion, Dale Mumford of Sheldon, IA, and Delores Schneider and husband, Charlie of Spencer, IA; her son, David Warren of Mizzula, MT; 11 grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her sister, Beulah Kephart of Spencer, IA; other relatives and friends.

SERVICES
Funeral Services will be 10:30 A.M., Friday, February 1, 2019 at the Warner Chapel in Spencer.

VISITATION
Visitation will be open after 2:00 P.M., on Thursday, with the family present from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., Thursday evening at the funeral home in Spencer.
