Carolee Hermine Craven

Carolee Hermine Craven, the daughter of Harry and Kathie (Hansen) Blaue, was born September 27, 1934 in Cherokee, Iowa. Her childhood years were spent near Royal, Iowa, where she received her education, graduating from Royal High School.
Her adult life was spent in Sutherland, Iowa, where she was an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church. She was a member of many Lutheran organizations including Bethel Helping Hands and several Ladies Aide Groups, She was also a member of the Federated Women, "Pen Paling" and Band Mothers.
Carolee passed away at the Sutherland Care Center on Friday, October 11, 2013 at the age of 79. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Arthur Blaue who passed away in infancy and Sheridan and Henry "Hank" Blaue.
Left to cherish her memory are one son, Richard William Craven of Cheney, WA; one brother: Robert Blaue of Spencer, IA; 2 sisters-in-law, Dorothy Blaue of Sac City, IA and Carolyn Blaue of Royal, Iowa; other relatives and friends.
SERVICES
Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Sutherland Care Center in Sutherland, Iowa.
Private Graveside services will be held prior to the memorial services.
