Carolyn "Jan" Janette Chambers

   Carolyn Janette Chambers (Maguire) ‘Jan’ passed gently away on June 8, 2022, at her home with her beloved brother, Robert (Bob) at her side.

   ‘Big’ Jan, as she was lovingly referred to by many, has left us to reunite with her one true love, husband, Duane, and her many siblings and mother, Monica.  Leaving her children:  Chris, Marc, Doug, Carrie, and Suzanne to grieve her passing.  She was resilient and our Rock.  Always steadfast and ready to listen to our myriad of stories.

   A proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to Christopher, Trevor, Monica, Kyle, Erin, Ryan, and Calvin.

   Devout in her faith, she always looked to God for strength and guidance in her 88 years on this earthly plain.  She found great satisfaction volunteering for many charities throughout her adult life.

   In the most devastating time of her life, with five children leaning on her, Jan stated numerous times, “My friends saved my life.”  She never felt removed from social events and our family remained forever welcome.  As days turned to decades, her people kept her strong with love and joy.  

   Her presence will be deeply missed by all who love her forever.
