Charlene Rose Mueller

Charlene Rose Mueller, the daughter of Jack and Billie (Clark) Miller was born August 23, 1955 in Oakland, CA. She was raised in Oakland and attended Oakland High School. Charlene married James Basler and lived all over the country until moving to Spencer, IA, where she worked as a homemaker. Charlene enjoyed watching movies, sewing, and taking care of her animals, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. Charlene passed away at home, Tuesday, November 2, at the age of 55. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Miller; one brother, Daniel Miller; and a granddaughter, Hailey Bare. Left to Cherish her memory are her husband James, of Spencer, IA, a son Craig Richter, of Yreka, CA; a daughter Tammie Miller, of Madison, IN; two grandchildren, Heather Leger and Michael Bare; two sisters, Lindy Bezona and Laura Miller, both of Fresno, CA; two brothers, John and James Miller, both of Fresno, CA; her step-mother, Mary Miller, of Fresno, CA; three aunts, Betty Polumbo, Rita, both of Fresno, CA, and Edna and Bud Kindle of Snelling, CA; other relatives and many friends.
