Christina Lynne Webster

     Christina Lynne Webster, the daughter of Ronald and Sharon (Sump) Wadsley, was born on December 6, 1964, in Clarion, Iowa. The family lived in the communities of Clarion, Rolfe and then Storm Lake where she graduated from high school in 1984. Following high school, she attended Ms. Francis College of Cosmetology in Spencer for a year.

     Christina married William Webster on December 12, 1987 in Spencer, IA. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Spencer. She worked at Quality Refrigeration Services, Hy-Vee, Hyline and Hartley Pak. In 2017, due to declining health she retired and moved to Sutherland to be closer to her family.

     She loved to bake and was a great cook. She really enjoyed catering events when she worked at Hy-Vee. She also liked to go camping, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family.

     Christina passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021 at Mercy One Medical Center in Sioux City, IA at the age of 56. She was preceded in death by her father; her husband in 2018; her daughter, Jennifer Webster; her sister, Brenda Wadsley; her granddaughter, Ryann Wadsley; her nephew, SSG LeRoy Otis Webster and many loved family and friends.

     Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sharon Kay Wadsley of Spencer, IA; her children: Stacey (Thomas Sloan) Wadsley of Spirit Lake, Jami (Rebecca) Webster of Sutherland, IA and Kelly (Josh Hersleff) of Sutherland, IA; her beloved dogs: Baxter and Zoe; her brother, Bryon Wadsley (Carol) of Humboldt, IA and Donnie (Crystal) Webster of Sheldon, IA; five grandchildren: Jep, Dante, Taryn, Chase and Izzy; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends who she loved dearly.
