Clarence Frank Scharnberg

March 12, 1911 — October 16, 2010

Clarence Frank Scharnberg, the son of Frank and Caroline (Ott) Scharnberg was born on March 12, 1911 on a farm outside of Everly Iowa. He received his early education and graduated from Everly High School. Clarence married Awreatha Peck on September 6, 1935. Following their marriage, he farmed in the Everly area until retiring in 1966. Upon retirement he designed and built a home on West Lake Okoboji where they spend many happy years together. Clarence and his wife loved to ballroom dance and he was also a very talented wood carver, both were hobbies he truly enjoyed. Clarence passed away on Saturday, October 16th 2010 in Parker Colorado at the age of 99. Left to cherish his memory are his Daughter, Vicki and her husband Bennet Johanson of Parker, CO, one Grandson, Brian Johanson of Parker, CO, one Granddaughter, Jennifer Johanson Halverson of Willmar, MN, four Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, other Relatives and Dear Friends.
