Clarita Agnes Roth

 Clarita Agnes Roth, the daughter of William and Amelia (Riesing) Becker was born August 8, 1932 in Breda, IA. Her childhood years were spent in the Breda area, where she attended school and graduated from St. Bernard High School.

 Clarita married Richard Roth on April 20, 1954 in Breda, IA. They made their home in Spencer, IA. She worked at the Piggly Wiggly in Spencer for 18 years. She also owned and operated, with her husband, CR Concessions for 39 years. Clarita enjoyed playing cards, watching ME T.V., Food Network, cooking, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer, IA.

 Clarita passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the Spencer Hospital, at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 6 brothers, Mike, Robert, William, Arthur, Zenas, and Jerry, 3 sisters, Jovina Becker, Helen Wolterman, and Phyllis Danner, one son-in-law, Conley Metzger.

 Left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters, Diane Metzger of Lone Rock, IA, Carol Roth of Spencer, IA and Cheryl (Fred) Zemke of Newell, IA; 4 grandchildren, Chrissy Morrow (Andrew Kommer), Bryan Roth, Chad Metzger and Aaron (Sarah) Mendenhall; 5 great-grandchildren, Adelynn, Ayden, Jairden, Aiden and Aria; 4 brothers, John Becker of Afton, IA, Allen Becker of Perry, IA, Gary (Maureen) Becker of Perry, IA and Gene (Kaye) Becker of Pomeroy, IA; 2 sisters-in-law, Loa Becker of Maple River, IA and Rose Cates of Okoboji, IA; other relatives; and many friends.
