Cole Allen Millard

     Cole Allen Millard, the son of John Millard and Dena Wintz was born July 14, 1995, in Spencer, Iowa. His childhood years were spent in the Milford, Iowa area. He attended Okoboji Schools, graduating from Okoboji High School in 2014. He then attended Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, Iowa.

     Cole enjoyed race cars, snowmobiling, farming, spending time with friends and family, especially his brothers. He worked driving truck for Matt Mayer before joining the City of Spencer Street Department.

     Cole passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, in Greenville, Iowa, at the age of 23. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Barb Wintz; paternal grandfather, Ed Millard; and uncle, Robert Cassidy.

     Left to cherish Cole’s memory are his parents: John Millard of Spencer, IA, and Dena Wintz of Milford, IA; two brothers: Ethan of Milford, IA, and Austin of Spencer, IA; grandmother, Pat Millard of Spencer, IA; uncles: Troy Wintz of Spencer, IA, Jim (Shellie) Millard of Spencer, IA, Jeff (Shirley) Millard of Spencer, IA; aunt Jennifer Hackbarth of Spencer, IA; many cousins and other relatives; and many friends.
