Daniel Warren Reed

Daniel Warren Reed, 63, was born on October 2, 1960 to Robert and Sandra (Kelley) Reed in Spencer, Iowa and raised in Milford, IA.

Daniel graduated from Milford High School in 1979.  After high school, Dan attended The Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) in Boone on a golf scholarship.  Dan continued his schooling at the University of Iowa with a degree in finance.  After college, Dan moved to Edina Minnesota where he worked at the Golfsmith company for many years.

Dan ran in numerous road races and marathons starting at the age of 40.  He spent his free time watching soccer and the Iowa Hawkeyes.   Dan also enjoyed his time on family vacations to Las Vegas.  He also enjoyed his annual trips to Chicago to participate in and later, watching the Chicago Marathon.

Dan is preceded in death by his father Robert.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother Sandra and his sister Kelley both from Milford, IA.
