My Husband, Our Dad
There's a brand new star
in the midnight sky.
God lifted the curtain
and he slipped by.
His blessings were welcome,
His waiting was long.
He is at peace with our Lord,
Where he belongs.
We look at the rainbow
Through our tears,
And think of His blessings
Through these many years.
Peace and love,
You've earned your rest.
God be with you
He knows best.
