Donald Dean Tillis

      Donald Dean Tillis, 92 of  Spencer passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Donald was born on September 26, 1931, to Richard and Mabel (Krout) Tillis in Ashton, IA.

     Donald’s family moved to California in Pursuit of his father’s occupation. He met Donna in 1959 during a brief trip to Iowa and they wed in 1959 and never left.

     Left to cherish his memory ar his wife, Donna of 64 years and her daughter, Sherri Ell; his three children: Judy Holder, Vickie Polzien and Richard Tillis; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other friends and relatives.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sandy Downen.
