Dwayne Craig was born May 30, 1926 to Lloyd Albert and Mary Alice Tatman Craig in rural Terril, Iowa. He attended grade school in Langdon, Iowa, graduating from Lake Center High School. When Dwayne retired from the Hartley and Everly Co-op Elevators, he had time for fishing, camping and Saturday night dancing. Dwayne was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Marvin, an infant grandson, Jason Michael Craig and a beautiful granddaughter, Lacey Jaye Petersen. Dwayne is survived by his wife, Charlene Fishburn Craig, 2 sons, Norman and his wife, Sheila and Michael; 5 daughters: Kathy Decker and Mark Pierson, Karen and Dwain Wise, Cindy Boyles, Teresa and Eddy Hollesen, and Phyllis Petersen and Greg Musser; 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 3 sisters: Jeannette Trent, Natalie Richards and Joan Tuffs and a brother, David Craig. Memorial cards may be sent to Charlene Craig at 118 E. 21st St. Spencer, Iowa 51301.
SERVICES
Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, November 21 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer.
