Elma Leona Luckow

April 26, 1922 — December 21, 2011

Elma Leona Luckow, the daughter of Paul and Isabelle Cradish Larm, was born April 26, 1922 in Royal, Iowa. Elma received her early education in Royal, Iowa. Elma married Harvey H. Luckow on June 26, 1979, in Maynard, MN. Elma lived in the communities of Royal, Ida Grove and Galva, later moving to Spencer in 1993. While living in Spencer she was employed at A & M Laundry. Elma was a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church while living in Spencer. Elma passed away on December 21, 2011 at the Rock Rapids Health Center in Rock Valley, Iowa at the age of 89. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Isabelle; her husband, Harvey; four sisters: Eva, Lilly, Bertha and Mary and two brothers: Walter and Arthur. She is survived by two step-sons: Norman McCord and his wife, Linda of Pipestone, MN and Harvey John Luckow of Marshalltown, IA; her grandson, Brian and his wife, Denise of Helena, MT; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

SERVICES

Funeral Services will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, December 23, 2011 at Warner Chapel in Spencer.
