Emy Lou Simington, the daughter of Ernest and Myrna (Koenck) Clark was born September 20, 1941 in Hartley, Iowa. She received her education at Everly, where she later graduated from Everly High School.
Emy Lou married Dean Mull and to this union, two children were born, Darin and Derek.
Throughout her adult life, Emy Lou worked at Upper Des Moines for 7 years, as a cook at Center Caf� and Stockman's and a lab tech at Spencer Hospital. She also was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Everly and was active in the Eagle's Club in Spencer.
Emy Lou passed away at her home in Iowa City, Iowa on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at the age of 68. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James on May 27, 1998.
Left to cherish her memory are her two sons: Darin and his wife, Ona Mull of Houston, Texas and Derek Mull of Iowa City, Iowa; four grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
SERVICES
Memorial services will be held 10:30 A.M., Friday, December 11, 2009 at the Warner Funeral Home in Everly.
