Glen K. Wheeler

December 13, 1935 — November 10, 2009

Glen Wheeler, the son of Charles and Ella (Seeman) Wheeler, was born on December 13, 1935, in Peterson, IA. He was raised and attended school in Peterson, graduating from Peterson High School. After graduation, Glen attended Morningside College in Sioux City. He then enlisted in the military, serving in the U.S. Army in 1958. While serving his country he married Shirley Wischmeyer on December 27, 1958 in Sioux Rapids, IA. After his honorable discharge in 1960, Glen was self-employed as a plumber until 1985 when he moved to Colorado and started work for Martz Supply. After retiring in 2001, Glen worked for RIDES.
