Hendrix Davis Shaughnessy, the infant son of Aaron and Katherine (Michels) Shaughnessy is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Rob and Traci Verdoorn; paternal grandparents, Daniel and Annette Shaughnessy; maternal great-grandparents, Jan and Helen Verdoorn, Rick and Terri Duhn, Jodi and Mike Spoorer, Paul and Sharon Decker, and Gary Michels; paternal great-grandparents, Mary Shaughnessy; godparent, Paul Davis; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Hendrix was preceded in death by his older infant sister Olivia and cousin, 'Sprinkle' Wetrich.

Visitation will take place Friday, January 27, at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer, starting at 4:30 P.M., with family present from 4:30-9:00 P.M.
