Ivan Glenn Kleve

Ivan Glenn Kleve, the son of William and Lucille Egmann Kleve, was born December 2, 1956 in Woodbury, Iowa.   He was raised in Sioux City, Iowa where he received his early education and graduated from high school.

     Ivan worked at Sioux City Foundry and Airmart Laundry in Sioux City.  Ivan moved to Spencer, Iowa in 2004 and he worked at A & M Laundry until retiring this year.  Ivan was kid at heart and never had an enemy.  He enjoyed fishing, playing pool and backgammon.  He was a very hard working man but enjoyed life.

     Ivan passed away on September 5, 2018 at his home in Spencer at the age of 61.  He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Larry, Virgil and Roger.

     He is survived by his son, William Kleve, and his wife, Amanda of Sioux City, IA; four grandchildren: Skylar, Cayden, Kylee and Alivia; the love of his life, Marsha Nelson of Spencer, IA; his brother, Doyle Kleve and his wife, Peggy of Sioux City, IA; two sisters: Joyce Guy of Sioux City, IA and Shelia Hoffer and her husband, Max of Sioux City, IA; other relatives and many friends.
