Jacob "Jake" KI Ralph, the son of John and Sarah Larson Ralph, was born June 6, 1981 in Soul, South Korea. John and Sarah adopted Jake in May of 1982. They lived in Spencer until 1991 when they moved to Wahpeton. Jake graduated from the Okoboji High School in 2000. He then attended Iowa Lakes Community College where he graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant program in 2003.
Jake was working at the Spirit Lake and Spencer Burger King as a shift manager. In his spare time, he enjoyed cooking for others, bowling, golfing and watching most any sport. His greatest love was his family and friends, especially his nephews.
Recently, Jake suffered from an irreversible kidney disease and was undergoing dialysis while waiting to be on the transplant list.
Jake passed away on February 23, 2010 as a result of a car accident at the age of 28. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Margaret and LeRoy Ralph and Winton and Maxine Larson, a uncle, Harry Eldridge.
He is survived by his parents, John and Sarah Ralph of Wahpeton, IA; his sister and her husband, Kayla and Brandon Wilcoxon of Milford, IA; his three nephews, Lincoln, Jackson and Ethan; his aunts and uncles: Robert and Roxy Larson of Arnolds Park, IA, Mari Lu Larson of Spencer, IA, Nancy Eldridge of Sparta, WI, James and Pam Ralph of St. Paul, MN; several cousins and many friends.
SERVICES
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, February 27 at Grace United Methodist Church in Spencer.

Visitation will begin noon Friday with the family present from 5 to 7:00 P.M., Friday Evening at the Warner Funeral Home in Spencer.
