Jeffery Arthur Mason

January 30, 1965 — November 15, 2010

Jeffrey Arthur Mason, the son of Wayne and Maerene (Curry) Mason, was born January 30, 1965, in Spencer, Iowa. He received his early education in Spencer. He then went on to work as a salesman for Steffen Furniture, for 15 years. He married Kara Mulder on August 17, 1985 in Hartley, Iowa. Jeff enjoyed fishing as well as ice fishing, golfing and disc golfing, working on cars when he had time and making people laugh, but his biggest enjoyment was spending time with family. Jeff passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at his home in Spirit Lake, at the age of 45. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Mason, a brother, Scott Mason, and his father-in-law, Merle Mulder. Left to cherish his memory, are his Mother, Maerene, of Spencer, IA; wife Kara of Spencer, IA; 3 sons, Lucas Mason of Milford, IA, Paul Mason, Of Milford, IA, and Beau Mason, of Spencer, IA; a nephew, Wayne Mason, of Hartley, IA; a niece, Katie Mason, of Spencer, IA; other relatives and many friends.

SERVICES

Services will take place Wednesday, November 17, at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer, at 2:00 P.M.
