Jerred Lee Loudermilk, the son of John and Jennifer Larson Loudermilk, was born July 23, 1976 at the Spencer Hospital.  He loved growing up and helping on the farm and graduated from Spencer High School.  He attended SW Technical School in Jackson, MN.  He then became a carpenter in northern Minneapolis and became lead carpenter of the crew.  He helped construct around 200 homes while there.  When the housing bust hit, he moved to Montana to work and enjoy the free mountain life.  He had jobs ranging from basic construction to restoring and chinking a remote cabin high in the mountains.  He also learned of his love of horses, mountain riding and experiencing cowboying on the mountain sides.  His whole life he loved being outdoors hunting, fishing and snowmobiling especially in the mountains with deep snow.  He returned to Iowa in 2015.

He was a very talented artist and created beautiful heirloom hope chests and jaw dropping stained glass lamp shades which will be treasured for generations.

He was a lifelong member of First Congregational Church in Spencer.  Was proceeded in death by his father, John Loudermilk in 2011. Survived by his mother, Jennifer Loudermilk of Royal; sister, Jessica (Ryan) Kvach of Ames; two nieces Kiersten Ruth and Matilda Rose and many other relatives and friends along with his loyal dog, Thor.
