Judy Ann Johnson

     Judy Ann Johnson, the daughter of Roy and Margaret (Sorlie) Johnson was born on July 30, 1943 in Humboldt, IA. Her childhood years were spent in the Humboldt and Hardy, IA areas, where she graduated from Humboldt High School. She attended both Augustana College and Waldorf College and earned her Master’s in Education.

     Judy taught at the Spencer School of Business, worked as the office manager for WITCO, secretary for Cornwall Law Firm and Nelson Hearing Aid in Spencer, IA until her retirement in 2016. She enjoyed visiting with friends and writing/receiving letters. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Spencer.

     Judy passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at Northshire Residence at the age of 76. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Patricia.

     Left to cherish her memory are her brother-in-law Charles and special friends.
