Kenneth Allen Stewart

May 16, 1967 — December 11, 2011

Kenneth Allen Stewart, the son of Thomas and Maxine Heuer Stewart was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He spent his childhood years in the Fostoria and Milford, Iowa area with his mother and step-dad Walter Campbell. Ken moved to Marathon, Iowa, where he worked at First Co-op Elevator. He enjoyed gambling at the casino, fishing and especially hanging out with friends, who called him "Bones". He was also a volunteer with the Marathon fire department. Ken was preceded in death by his parents. He passed away in Greenville, Iowa on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at the age of 44. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amanda Brustares of Spencer, Iowa; his special friend Lori Bonine of Greenville, Iowa; 2 step-children, Mike Bonine of Spencer, Iowa and Christian Bonine of Omaha, Nebraska; 6 brothers and sisters, Terri Smazenko of Hicksville, Ohio, Betty Campbell of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Lori Campbell of St. Joe, Indiana, Kevin Campbell of Watertown, SD, Scott Campbell of Alta, Iowa and Shawn Campbell of Orange City, Iowa; several nieces and nephews, and a very special friend Taylor Knutson; other relatives and many friends.

SERVICES

Funeral services will take place 1:00 P.M., Thursday, December 15, at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer.
