Kenneth Thomas Pettit

January 11, 1946 — November 29, 2013

Kenneth Thomas Pettit, the son of Kenneth Elden and Violet Florence (Hodges)Pettit, was born in England on January 11, 1946. The family moved to Northwest Iowa when he was a baby and he has been here ever since. Kenneth worked part-time jobs throughout his life. He worked at Hartley Packing Plant, Hurst Salvage and construction. He enjoyed woodworking, visiting with his friends and family and drinking coffee while he watched the traffic go by. Kenneth passed away peacefully on November 29, 2013, at Longhouse Residence in Spencer. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Marion. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Elsa Pettit; his sister, Barbara Smith and her husband, Ron. Thanks to friends and family for your care and love
