Leola "Lee" Eleanor Tucker

      Leola “Lee” Eleanor Tucker, the daughter of Delor and Mable (DeMars) Franker was born July 4, 1922, in Royal, Iowa. Her childhood years were spent in the Moneta, Iowa, area where she attended school.

      Lee lived in Los Angeles, California, before moving to Spencer, Iowa, where she worked for Casey’s General Store for 27 years. She married Kenneth Tucker in October of 1968. She enjoyed country western music, talking with people and was known for her good sense of humor.

      Lee passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Longhouse Residence in Spencer, Iowa, at the age of 97. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Gerry Lowe; four brothers: Gail, Wendell, Bernard, and Melvin Franker; and one sister, Ethel Hennings.

      Left to cherish her memory are her son, Ron Lowe of Spencer, IA; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

SERVICES
Funeral services will take place 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 30, at the Warner Chapel in Spencer.

Visitation will take place Monday, July 29 from 5 to 7:00 P.M., at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer.
