Louise T. Heinrichs

Louise T. Heinrichs, the daughter of Lawrence and Regina (Booth) Winker was born May 18, 1932 in Carroll, IA. Her childhood years were spent in the Carroll area where she attended school. She married Virgil 'Corkey' Heinrichs on June 1, 1950 at St. John's Catholic Church in Arcadia, IA. Louise enjoyed housekeeping, sewing her kids' clothes, knitting, and especially spending time and playing with her grandchildren. She worked for 25 years as the co-owner of Corkey's Carpets, before retiring in 2001. Louise passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at St Luke Lutheran Home in Spencer, IA, at the age of 81. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Bud Winker; one son, Kim Heinrichs; and one great-grandson, Matthew Schnurr. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Corkey of Spencer, IA; one daughter, Kris (Phil) Schnurr of Washington, MO; 3 sons, Keith (Annie) of Spencer, IA, Kelvin (Laura) of Bradenton, FL, and Kurt of Spencer, IA; 7 grandchildren, Dustin, Steven, Crayton, Aaron, CaSandra, Amy, and Tyler; 13 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters; one brother; many nieces, nephews; other relatives and many friends.
SERVICES
Funeral services will take place 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 24, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer.

VISITATION
