Mark Pullen

November 24, 1947 — November 5, 2012

Mark Thomas Pullen, the son of Gilbert "Gibb" and Lillian Harvey Pullen was born November 24, 1947 in Spencer, IA. His childhood years were spent in the Spencer area where he graduated from Spencer High School. After high school he attended and graduated from University of Northern Iowa. Mark worked for Merrill Co. for a short time before becoming self-employed. He enjoyed playing the guitar, especially in "jam sessions". He also enjoyed listening to music, eating out, and spending time with family and friends. In his younger years he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mark passed away Monday, November 5, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD, at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Mead Pullen; and one sister, Mary Jane Kuykendall. Left to cherish his memory are his one nephew, Todd Kreps and his family of Little Rock, AK; one niece, Nancy Waterall and her family of Hot Springs, AK; one aunt, Florence Rusch of Spencer, IA; other relatives and many friends.

SERVICES

Memorial services will take place 1:00, Friday, November 9, at the Warner Funeral Chapel in Spencer.
