Marvin Duane Kehoe, the son of George and Hazel Louter Kehoe, was born May 23, 1933 in Spencer, Iowa. His childhood years were spent in Milford, where he received his education, graduating from Milford High School. Following his schooling, he entered the military and served with the U.S. Army from 1952 until his honorable discharge in 1954. During his military career, he served in Germany during the Korean Conflict. After his service to his country, he returned to Milford to work at a sawmill. He later worked at Stollers Fisheries in Spirit Lake. In 1966, he moved to Aurelia, Iowa and went to work for Wilson's Packing Plant in Cherokee until his retirement.
Marvin passed away at his home in Aurelia, Iowa on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the age of 72. His parents; his brother, Kenneth; his sister, Doris Beving and a brother and sister who both died in infancy preceded him in death.
He is survived by one brother, Eugene and his wife, Alice Kehoe of Spencer, IA; three sisters: Karen and her husband, Richard O'Clair of Matlock, IA, Irene Spencer of the Omaha area and Darlene Jeffers of Harbor City, CA; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
SERVICES
Graveside Services will be held 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at the Little Sioux Lutheran Church Cemetery in Rural Milford, Iowa.
