Mary Elizabeth Graham

Mary Elizabeth Graham, the daughter of Irwin and Lola Sprout Graham, was born June 14, 1930 in Terril, Iowa. She grew up in the Terril community and graduated from the Terril High School. While attending high school, she worked at the Terril Community Library as a library helper.
Following her graduation, Mary moved with her mother to Spencer in the summer of 1949. She started working at the Spencer Hospital in August of 1949. Mary worked as a Nurse's Aide also as a Surgical Aide for 35 years. She was employed at the Spencer Hospital for a total of 43 years before retiring in the summer of 1992. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church where she was a Sunday school assistant for many years.
Mary passed away on July 24, 2009 at the Spencer Hospital at the age of 79. She was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents and one aunt, Thelma Sprout.
She is survived by cousins and friends.
SERVICES
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30a.m., on Monday, July 27, 2009, at the Faith Pentecostal Church in Spencer.
