Nichole Crystal Burch

   Nichole Crystal Burch was born in Grenada Hills, California, on May 27, 1982, to Jess William Burch, III and Anita Sposato.  Nichole’s first marriage to Denny Roach gifted the world with two beautiful children, Alyssa Burch (19) and Bailee Roach (15).  Nichole fell in love with Justin Vargas 15 years ago and brought four more beautiful children into this world:  Christopher Jess Vargas (8), Reyes Jr. (RJ, 6), Evie Jessica June Vargas (5), and Abel Vargas (3).  On November 22, 2020, Nichole and Justin were united in marriage.

   She had an amazing heart for helping others and attended nursing school.  If someone was in need she would help anyway she could.  She had an energetically spirited personality, so much that she confidently broadcasted to her family that she was the “princess.”  That confidence and other natural leadership abilities led her to a career in various management positions in the area.  Nichole was an amazing person that could light up a room when she entered it.  Her light shined bright for those she loved, and she is survived by many family and friends who will miss her dearly.  Nichole was a valiant warrior as she battled multiple complications from liver disease.  To many that knew her, she was one of the strongest people they had met.  Nichole didn’t sugarcoat her struggles in life or yours, but her sweetheart would talk and listen like the best friend anyone ever met!  In November, Nichole suffered seizures and a stroke.  That did not stop her determination and will as she fought to go home by learning to walk and talk again.  On December 2, 2020, her battle ended and Nichole was able to find peace.

   Nichole was preceded in death by her father, Jess Burch, III; sister, June Burch; grandmother,   Antionette; and grandfather, Anthony.

   Nichole is survived by her husband, Justin Vargas of Spencer, IA; mother, Anita Sposato of Arizona; sister, Danielle Burch of Arizona; nieces and nephews:  Matthew Vargas, Anthony Vargas, Jesse J. Torres, Isayiah Torres, Giovanni Sposato, Vanessa and Aliyah; aunt, Debbie Sposato,  uncle, Tubb Sposato, uncle, Chris Sposato, aunt, Susan Sposato; cousins:  Billy Sposato, Alex Harris, Christopher Harris, and David Sposato; other friends and relatives.
