Patricia Jean Eaton

Patricia “Pat” Jean Eaton, was born March 22, 1950 to Lyman and Wilma Eaton in Laurens, IA.  She spent her childhood in Marathon, IA.  As a child she loved anything her Grandpa Jones liked.  She graduated in 1968 and then spent a year in Minneapolis, MN where she studied Phlebotomy.  She than returned home to help with her ailing grandparent.

     She spent most of her adulthood working as a C.N.A. in various nursing homes in N.W. Iowa.  In 2000, she graduated with her B.A. in Psychology.  After surviving cancer, she retired in 2010 and finished her years as an amazing grandmother.

     She is preceded in death by her parents, Lymon and Wilma; brothers: Gary Walton and Kenny Eaton and one son, Patrick.

     Left to cherish her memory is her children: daughter, Shayla Arnold of Spencer and son, Luc (Misty) Arnold of Spencer; her sister, Alene Steelman of Spencer; sister-in-law, Vicky Walton of Wisconsin; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
