Peggy Jean Rose Frink, the daughter of Frederick Walburn and June "Nettie" Agnes McCune Rose, was born February 5, 1927 in Brightmore, Michigan. Her childhood years were spent in Detroit, where she received her early education in a parochial grade school & later graduated from Northwestern High School.
Peggy married Lowell Frink on June 13, 1946 in Emmetsburg, Iowa. Following their marriage, they lived in Cylinder, Iowa for several years, until moving to Sheldon, Iowa in 1963. They moved to Spencer, Iowa in 1967, where she had since made her home. Peggy was self-employed as an insurance salesman for many years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer, where she was active in the Legion of Mary and made rosaries. She was also a member of the VFW.
Peggy passed away at the West Bend Care Center in West Bend, Iowa on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her parents; Lowell Frink; a son: Mark; an infant great grandson, Matthew Loder and a brother, Billy Champney.
She is survived by two daughters: Letha and Butch Hedberg of Newton, IA and Linda and Teddy Strohman of Emmetsburg, IA; two sons: Loren and Joyce Frink of Waseca, MN and Edwin and Chris Frink of Spencer; 19 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; three brothers and their wives: Frederick (Georgette) Rose of Clinton, IA, Milton (Johanna) Champney of Las Vegas, NV, Harry (Marilyn) Champney of Las Vegas, NV; one sister, Jacklyn Silverman of Coral Springs, FL; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, October 27, 2007, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer, Iowa.

VISITATION
Visitation will begin at 4:00 P.M. Friday with the family present from 6:00 - 7:30 P.M. Friday night at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer.
There will be a Legion Of Mary service held at 4:00 P.M. Friday afternoon and a Vigil Service held at 4:30 P.M. Friday both at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer.
