Richard Alan Harmon, the son of Richard and Estella (McMannus), was born on September 28, 1949, in Estherville, Iowa. Richard enjoyed riding his motorcycle, especially down the L.A. freeways. He also loved computer programming even when it wasn't for work, he always had projects on the side. He enjoyed going to libraries and reading and visiting with people.
