Robert Frank Mills, the son of John Noel Mills and Rose Mary (Underburg) Mills, was born April 25, 1941 in Webster County, Iowa. Bob passed away at the Community Memorial Health Center in Hartley, Iowa on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the age of 72. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Shirley on October 18, 2011 and a sister, Rose Mary. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Bill Mills of Pocahontas, IA, Tammy Church of Ocala, FL, Susan O'Toole of Pomeroy, IA, Connie Mills of Ft. Dodge, IA, Jeff Mills of Pocahontas, IA, Dottie Eldridge of New Hampshire, Shyla Colburn of Ankeny, IA, John Miller of Dickens, IA, Leala Cain of Arkansas, Becky Nixon of Spencer, IA, Shelly Lorenzen of Spencer, IA and Monica Becker of Minnesota; one brother, John Mills of Mt. Vernon, WA; 40 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
