Steven Francis Kozelka, the son of Frank Kozelka, was born on July 6, 1977, in Prairie du Chien, WI, where he was raised and received his early education. Following graduation, he worked for a Waste Management company and then Miller Beer Company as a driver, both in Prairie du Chien. He started working for Peebles and was transferred to Spencer as a Manager. Steve worked at Whittenburg Distributing which then became Doll Distributing. In January 2013, he started working for AG Partners.
Steve loved to hunt and fish, carpentry work and other odd jobs around the house. He loved to spend time with the kids and put models together with Reilly. He liked to draw, music and loved riding his motorcycle. Steve was funny about making a list and planning ahead. He enjoyed going out to Karalee's parents and helping them on the farm.
Steve passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at the age of 37. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Maxine Kozelka; and two uncles: Bob Fisher and Joe Kozelka.
Left to cherish his memory are his two sons: Lane and Keegan Kozelka; his partner, Karalee Andreasen of Peterson and their two children: Hayley and Reilly Andreasen; father, Frank Kozelka (Geri) of Prairie du Chien, WI; grandmother, Virginia Vopelak of Holmen, WI; foster parents, Dave and Leann Noordhoek of Prairie du Chien, WI; sister, Deanna Copsey of La Crosse, WI; two aunts: Sharon Fisher (Bob) of Eastman, WI, and Shirley Berberich (Harold) of Onalaska, WI; two uncles: John Kozelka (Rosemary) of Paragold, AR, and Mike Kozelka (Chris) of Prairie du Chien, WI; numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00A.M., Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the First Congregational Church in Peterson
