Terry Dean Muckey

Terry Dean Muckey, son of Glenn and Lenora Muckey, was born January 21, 1955 in Spencer, Iowa.  He attended school in Moneta and Everly until joining the Army.  After serving, he returned to the area where he held various occupations and positions. He married Opal Shaffer on December 16, 1981 in Oklahoma where they were living while working in the oil industry.  Throughout his life, Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking as well as his many dogs.  Terry passed away unexpectedly at home on February 14, 2023 at the age of 69.  He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Glenda, brother Mark, and sister-in-law Joyce.  He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Opal; children--Ronnie, Dawn, Becky, and Kristy, brothers Larry and Lane, and other relatives and friends.

Terry's wishes were to be cremated with no service.
