Theresa Ann Peters

A loving, caring, giving woman Theresa Ann Peters, daughter of Jim and Loretta Peters. She was born in Herman, MN on May 28, 1962. Most of her childhood was spent in St. Cloud, MN where she graduated high school. Later in life she had three children Shylah, Ben, and Whitney. She is remembered most by helping others and putting everyone before herself. She had a passion spending time with her grandchildren. She also had a love for animals. She was employed at Rosenboom Machine and Tool in Spirit Lake, IA. She passed away in her Spencer, IA home on December 11, 2014 after losing a brave battle to lung cancer. Left to cherish her memory is Greg Mowery who loved her with all his heart and stood by her side during her fight. His three children Erin, Tyler and Cody Mowery were supporters of both of them. Survivors include her children Shylah (Michael) Wittmayer, Ben Altobelli, and Whitney Schabel; grandchildren Jaydah, Karsyn and Lydiah Wittmayer, Hailie and Silas Altobelli; her sisters Debbie (Rick) Colbert, Jeanne (Brian) Stradtmann and Steve Peters;4 nephews. Her parents and great grand niece Samantha Colbert are preceded her in death.
