Victoria Lynn (Lutes) Bell, the daughter of Arthur Lee and Margaret Glenn Lutes, was born December 12, 1953 in Decatur, Illinois. As a young child, her family traveled a lot, settling in Spirit Lake, Iowa. After high school graduation, she traveled around the United States, singing at various venues.
Victoria married Jerry Bell on July 22, 1982 in Colorado Springs, CO. Following their marriage, they continued traveling and singing. She was inducted into the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on August 30, 2008, inducted under "Women Who Rock". She was a very good mother and also enjoyed her grandchildren. Later in her adulthood, she was baptized in Jesus name on June 20, 1993 and later was baptized in the Holy Spirit at Faith Pentecostal Church in Spencer.
Victoria passed away at her home in Spencer on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at the age of 54. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jerry Bell of Spencer; one daughter, Ali Henry and her husband, Eric of Spencer; two grandchildren: Jacob Bell and Jerod Henry; one brother, Steve Lutes of Emmetsburg, IA; a sister, Rebecca Campbell of Spencer; other relatives and many friends and fans.

Memorial Services will be held at the Eagle's Club in Spencer at 11:00a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2008
