“I so enjoyed the 10 years I spent teaching at Clay Central and Glenn was a big part of that. I remember the adage for new teachers, “ make the Custodian your first friend, then worry about administration.” Glenn was a good friend and I will always remember the kindness he showed me as a rookie and the help he was always ready to give. My condolences to his family.”

“Dear Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I would have liked to have been there and seen you all, but unfortunately I was in Oregon on a family emergency and just returned home very early this morning. I did not realize Glen was 101. How amazing to be blessed with so many years with him. I send love to you all, but not to show favoritism or any thing, but sending an extra hug and kiss to Aunt Linda, Uncle Gary, Sally, Mike, Scotty and that whole clan. Love, hugs, and prayers, Julie (Bishop) Wingert ”
